Poof's "LAAAAAAA" screams everywhere in the Turner's home, so Timmy wishes Poof's singing voice was beauitful and it makes everyone happy. BUT they think Timmy's doing the singing and enter him in a contest. If he loses, he's grounded. So he gets grounded because he can't sing and Da Rules say that he can't use magic to cheat. Vicky then comes to watch Timmy.
