- Wanda - Wanda Coin Caster. Can grant any wish.
- Cosmo - Cosmo Coin Caster. Can grant any wish.
- Vicky - Enemy in the 'Power surge' level
- Robot Vicky - Final Boss
- Mr. Turner - Can distract Vicky but cannot give you Fairy coins.
- Mrs. Turner - Can distract Vicky but cannot give you Fairy coins.
