Summary/Plot[]
Timmy observes Tootie's life at home, and it was not good. Vicky always bullied her, and her parents were too afraid of her to help. Timmy felt bad, and wished that Tootie and Vicky would switch ages. Vicky the 9-year-old was still evil, but her parents were easily able to get her due to being little. Tootie the 16-year-old was normal, and was Timmy's babysitter. Timmy thought that that was much better, until he realizes that he is in danger of losing his fairies due to being happy!
