Victor Miller, also known as Vic, is one of the minor characters in The All New Fairly OddParents!. He is John's older brother and Vicky and Tootie's uncle.

Victor has short red hair, a red mustache and pink eyes. He wears a dark green suit and pants and black shoes.
In the 1970's, Victor wore similar clothing to his future niece, Vicky, consisting of a green T-shirt, black pants and red and white sneakers.
Personality[]
In his teen years, Victor was a cruel babysitter, like his future niece, Vicky. He was mean to Mr. Crocker and was also mean to his brother, John. Despite this, it is shown that Victor is not really evil, as he was never affected by the evil bug. Instead, his cause of cruelty was because of his delinquency as a teen.
As an adult, Victor has become much nicer to his brother, and is really nice to his wife Nicky and his youngest niece Tootie, and is willing to defend them, except for his oldest niece Vicky, whom he constantly teases despite bearing a resemblance to her. He often calls his oldest niece "Chicky" (a combination of the words "Vicky" and "chicken"), which annoys her.
Unlike the rest of Vicky's family, prior to Vicky's parents going to Dr. Phyllis Fancyfree about dealing with her daughter and Phyllis teaching them on how to stand up to their daughter and learning the truth that reason why Vicky is evil was because of the evil bug within her butt, Victor is the only person to stand up to Vicky and her evil ways because of his constant teasing, meaning that Victor is brave and is not afraid to stand up to her.
